About Me
Scott Dickey is a tennis professional with over 35 years of coaching and club management experience. For nearly three decades, he owned and operated Murrieta Tennis Club in Southern California, growing it from a small, local facility into a thriving tennis community with over 400 members.
Scott brings a positive, encouraging approach to every lesson, helping players of all ages and skill levels improve their game, build confidence, and enjoy the sport.
Now based in Sheridan, Wyoming, Scott offers private and group lessons at both Sheridan High School and the Sheridan Community Tennis Center (SCTC), a year-round indoor tennis facility located in Thorne-Rider Park.
Starting with the 2025/2026 season, Scott will also be assuming the role of Head Coach of the Sheridan High School boys and girls tennis teams.

Scott Dickey is an amazing tennis coach. He was my daughter’s instructor for over 5+ years. Lessons take place at two convenient locations in Sheridan:
Sheridan Community Tennis Center (SCTC) – a two-court indoor facility located at Thorne-Rider Park - All lesson will be at this location by default unless otherwise noted.

Yes! We offer private and group options for adults at all skill levels. It’s a great way to improve your game, meet other players, and get a workout.

Yes, group lessons are separated by both age and skill level to ensure players get the most out of their session.

If you have a racquet, great. If not, I can provide equipment for new players, especially for beginner youth lessons. Racquet stringing services are also available.

Lessons can be booked and paid for online when scheduling through the website. We accept Venmo, cash and major credit cards through our secure booking system.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a lesson. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to the full lesson fee.
